Private Walking Tours

Your tour begins at your hotel and may include any of the following:

  • Farmer’s Market on Union Square

  • Washington Square

  • Bethesda Fountain in Central Park

  • Strawberry Fields in Central Park just outside of the building where John and Yoko used to live are also possible stops.

All PRIVATE tours are led by Karin Bratone and feature a mix of stops that highlight the history and current cultural climate of different neighborhoods all over the city.

There's so much to see in New York City! Let us be your guide and how you this city like only a true native can.

We offer customized two and three hour walking tours of specific neighborhoods tailored to YOUR specific interests. Tours of longer duration are also available. In our tours we accommodate small groups of 2 – 10 people who are traveling together — or would like to see New York together.

Since it is YOUR private party YOU set the pace. We can cover an amazing amount of New York ground while still being able to have time to stop for an occasional coffee break.

We want you to see as much as possible. Tell us which part of New York you want to see and we will customize a route that will include all the highlights while optimizing our time together.

Uptown , Downtown , Midtown, outer boroughs - you chose!

Again remember: you set the pace. We don’t follow a rigid schedule. Our small and intimate groups allow for occasional stops at a wide possibility of charming coffee houses, pastry shops or bars that we will encounter along the way.

Not included in the cost of the tour is transportation. Most of my walking tours last 4 hours and we cover a number of different neighborhoods. For this purpose we might want to hop on the subway (a good experience to include in any NY trip) or take a taxi.
